As of May 1, 2026 I have retired and closed my practice. While I will be taking care of wrapping up some trailing items, and will be available to answer questions from my clients, I will not be taking on any new matter.

To ensure a seamless transition, I have selected my successors.  I’m very happy to introduce to you my colleagues, Sanford J. Mall and Arthur L.
